新型CaO-Fe_2O_3/γ-Al_2O_3脱硫剂实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用分步浸渍法制备CaO Fe2 O3 /γ Al2 O3 复合负载型SO2 脱硫剂 ,质量硫容为 7 7% ,再生率为 88%。引入Fe组分改变了脱硫剂活性物质与SO2 的反应途径 ,使得在SO2 脱除率、脱除速率、硫容等方面有了显著提高。分步浸渍法制备 ,有利于提高脱硫剂SO2 的脱硫性能。所制备的脱硫剂最佳脱除SO2 温度为 6 0 0℃ ,再生温度为 5 5 0℃ ,在CH4再生条件下 ,再生产物为S。 An alumina supported calcium oxide and ferric oxide sorbent was prepared by step wet impregnation method. The process of reaction between active substance and SO 2 was changed by ferric oxide. So there were distinct increase in the rate and speed of desulfuration as well as the SO 2 capacity. The optimum desulfuration temperature was 600℃ at which the sulfur capacity was 7 7 wt%. The sorbent can be regenerated with CH 4 and the product is S.The regenerative rate was 88% at a optimum regenerative temperature 550℃.
