Technical summary of ammonia synthesis unit revamp for raising output by supplying H_2

大庆油田甲醇厂合成氨车间利用 10万t/a甲醇装置PSA生产出的H2 加入到合成氨装置的甲烷化炉中 ,同时向合成氨二段炉中加入超过设计计量 2 0 %左右的空气 ,使得在原料天然气负荷没有增加的情况下 ,多生产出合格H2 /N2比的合成新鲜气 。

In a technical revamp,MFDOs ammonia plant has used of the H 2 produced from the 100,000t/y methanol unit by PSA to supply to the methanation vessel of its ammonia unit,while supplied air,about 20% over the stoichiometric ratio,to the seconday reformer to increase the amount of syngas with regular H 2/N 2 ratio without increasing natural gas requirement and thereby raised the output of liquid ammonia.
