硫酸氢钠催化合成癸二酸二丁酯

Catalytic synthesis of dibutyl sebacate with sodium bisulfate as catalyst

以硫酸氢钠为催化剂合成了癸二酸二丁酯 ,最佳反应条件 :以 0 0 5mol癸二酸为基准 ,醇酸摩比为 3,催化剂2 0 g ,带水剂环己烷 2 0ml,反应时间 30min ,酯收率 95 6 2 %。该催化剂具有价廉易得 ,催化活性好 ,不腐蚀设备 。

By using sodium bisulfate as the catalyst,sebacic acid and n butyl alcohol reacted to form dibutyl sebacate.The optimum conditions were as follows:basing on 0.05mol sebacic acid,molar ratio of n butanol to sebacic acid was 3,cyclohexane was 20ml,mass of catalyst was 2.0g,reaction time was 30min.The yield of dibutyl sebacate was up to 95 62%.Experimental results showed that the catalyst had many advantages,such as easy preparation,low cost and high activity.It was also non corrosive and pollution free to the environment.
