摘要
建立了一种非平衡固相微萃取与气相色谱 质谱联用快速监测水中氯化苄的新方法 ,整个分析过程只需 15min。 85 μm的聚丙烯酸酯涂层 (PA)对水中的氯化苄有较好的萃取效果 ,方法的线性范围为 1~ 5 0μg/L,检出限为 0 .91μg/L ,相对标准偏差为 9.86 % ,用于河水中氯化苄的测定 。
A new method for the rapid determination of benzyl chloride in water has been established by coupling nonequilibrium solid-phase microextraction (SPME) with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). It takes only 15 minutes for the whole process. A manual SPME holder with 85 mum polyacrylate coating is used to extract benzyl chloride from water, It has a good linear range of 1 - 50 mug/L, the detection limit of 0.91 mug/L, and relative standard deviation of 9.86%. The method has been used to determine benzyl chloride in river water with satisfactory results.
