摘要
研究了 9例食道癌及相应正常组织的红外光谱 ,从光谱参数 (形状、频率、强度等 )方面进行了分析 ,结果表明 :癌组织样品与正常组织样品存在明显的光谱上的差异。着重讨论了核酸中磷酸二酯基团 (PO-2 )对称和反对称伸缩振动、膜脂中的碳氢基团 (CH3 、CH2 )的伸缩及弯曲振动、蛋白质中C O基团的伸缩振动峰的变化。
Nine pairs of human normal and malignant esophagus tissues were studied by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The results show that there are obvious spectral differences between them. The changes involving nu(s)(PO(2)(-)) and nu(ss) (PO(2)(-)) in nucleic acid (DNA, RNA) nu(s)(CH(2)) nu(ss) (CH(3)), delta(CH(2)) and delta(s)(CH(3)) in membrane lipids and the C - O stretching mode in cell proteins were discussed. In addition, the changes of structure of hydrogen-bonding of nucleic acid (DNA, RNA) and cell proteins and the packing and the conformational. structure of the mernbrance lipids were analysed further.
