Influences of the Technological Barriers in Trade to China and Countermeasures

加入 WTO 后,我国作为最大的发展中国家,技术壁垒在对外贸易中产生着巨大的影响,成为日益严峻的挑战和障碍。加快建立我国贸易技术措施体系,努力突破国外技术壁垒,充分利用 TBT 协议,加强国内市场安全防范等,建立积极应对入世、合理规避贸易技术壁垒的策略是当务之急。

After entering WTO,China,the largest developing country,has been influenced greatly in its foreign trade by the technological barriers,which have become an increasingly severe challenge.It is the most pressing matter of the moment for China to adopt such countermeasures as speeding up its establish- ment of the system of technological measures in trade,striving to break through the foreign technological barriers,making full use of TBT Agreement,and strengthening safety precautions in its national mar- kets,in order to handle and evade the technological barriers in trade vigorously and reasonably.
