摘要
开发了一种新型立体循环一体化氧化沟工艺 ,较常规氧化沟工艺可节省占地约5 0 % ;沉淀池建于氧化沟的一端 ,对氧化沟内混合液的流态无任何影响 ,且实现了污泥的自动回流。该装置结构紧凑、运行操作简便 ,在进水COD为 2 89~ 114 7mg/L、TN为 6 5~ 87mg/L等条件下与HRT为 10h、SRT为 30d时 ,对COD的去除率为 95 % ,BOD5去除率为 98% ,NH3-N去除率为 99% ,TN去除率为 91.2 %。
A new integrative oxidation ditch process with vertical circulation was developed with area of land occupation 50% less than the conventional oxidation ditch process. Sedimentation tank was built at one end, which had no effect on mixed liquor flow pattern in the ditch and achieved the automatic return of sludge. The unit was characterized by compact configuration and simple operation and maintenance. Experiment was made by using domestic wastewater as influent with COD and TN concentration of 289~1 147 mg/L and 65~87 mg/L respectively. The result showed that when HRT is 10 h and SRT is 30 d, the removal rate of COD , BOD 5, NH 3-N and TN reaches 95%, 98%, 99%, and 91.2% respectively.
