1062例胃癌临床病理特征分析

On the cliniopathological analysis for 1062 patients with gastric cancinoma

目的探讨胃癌临床病理特征。方法选择1062例有完整资料的胃癌手术病例,按临床病理特征分类统计,使用SPSS软件统计分析。结果通过对1062例胃癌手术病例分析得到:(1)各年龄段总平均,男:女比例率为2.2∶1。年龄≤35岁组,男性胃癌发病率低于女性。年龄≥35岁组,男性胃癌发病率高于女性。(2)胃癌的好发部位为胃小弯近窦部,其次是贲门部。(3)BorrmannⅡ、Ⅲ最多,两者之和占总病例的81.1%。(4)胃癌以中分化和低分化多见,分别为30.4%和53.9%。(5)胃癌体积,本组以小于3cm、3～5cm和5～7cm分为3组,分别占21.1%、45.7%、19.8%。(6)本组病例中,365例浸及肌层占34.3%;491例浸透浆膜,占46.2%。(7)组织学类型,管状腺癌(包括高、中、低分化腺癌)798例,占75.1%,其次为未分化癌、印戒细胞癌和粘液腺癌。结论掌握胃癌临床病理特征,特别是胃癌的浸润深度和胃癌体积大小,为合理地治疗胃癌提供理论依据。

Objective:To determine the clinio -pathologic al characteristics of patients with gastric cancer.Methods :Gas-tric Cancer Specimens from 1062patients admitted to the hospital and operation was statistically analyzed u sing spass soft-ware.Results:(1)Total average frequence of man:woma n patients with gastric cancer frequ ence in all age groups was 2.2:1.In the age group of≤35,gastric cancer frequence of man i s lower than woman.In the age group of>35,gastric cancer frequence of man is higher than woman.(2)primary site of gastric cancer.A.AM is first site of the primary tumor.Secondary,C.CM.(3)Number of Borrmann typeⅢ,Ⅳis large.(4)The Frenquecet of well -and moderate ly well -differentiated and bad well -differentiated is 30.4%,53.0%.(5)The frequence in tumers with a diameter≤3.0cm,5-7cm,7-9cm is21.1%,45.7%,19.8%,respectively.(6)The frequence of serosal and musclar involvement was 46.2%(491patients)and34.3%(365patients)respectively.(7)The frequence of tubal adenocarcinoma (798patients with gastric cancer of w ell -and moderately well -differentiated an d bad -differentiated)is 75.1%.Mucinous adenocarcinoma a nd signet cell carcinoma is8.9%and 3.1%,respectively.The fre quence of no -differentiated carcim oma is 9.5%(101patieuts).Conclusion:we have well known the cliniopatholgical ch aracteristics of patients with gastric cancer and can work out a plan on th e reasonable treat-ment of patients with gastric cancer.
