腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管伞端闭锁合并不孕的临床效果分析

Efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of patients with infertility and distal tube obstruction.

目的 探讨腹腔镜下输卵管造口术对输卵管伞端闭锁致不孕患者的治疗效果 ,了解术后怀孕时间分布特点。 方法 回顾分析自 1997年 1月至 1998年 12月因不孕接受腹腔镜手术治疗的输卵管伞端闭锁患者 10 9例 ,分双侧输卵管伞端闭锁和单侧输卵管伞端闭锁组 ,分析其手术后妊娠率及统计病人术后获得妊娠时间的频数分布特点。 结果 输卵管伞端闭锁行腹腔镜下输卵管造口术后总妊娠率为 32 9% ,其中单侧闭锁患者造口术后妊娠率为 4 4 4 % ,双侧闭锁患者造口术后妊娠率为 2 0 %。在术后 18个月内妊娠者占总妊娠例数 96 4 %。 结论 腹腔镜手术对输卵管伞端闭锁合并不孕者有一定的治疗效果 ;手术有效者多在术后

Objective To assess the efficacy of laparoscopic salpingostomy in infertile women with distal tube obstruction. Methods 109 women with infertility underwent laparoscopic salpingostomy and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results The total cumulative pregnancy rate was 32.9%.The cumulative pregnancy rate was 44.4% in the unilateral distal tube obstruction group after laparoscopic salpingostomy,while it was 20% in the bilateral distal tube obstruction patients(p<0 05).96 4% of patients became pregnant in 18 months after operation. Conclusions Laparoscopy has a certain effect on the patients with distal tube obstruction.
