摘要
目的 初步探讨海安县胃癌的危险因素。方法 对 1999年新发的 12 8例胃癌病例和 12 8例健康对照 ,进行 1∶ 1病例对照研究。采用 logistic回归模型进行统计分析。结果 快食、口味偏咸与胃癌的发生呈正相关 (OR分别为 1.2 2 5和 1.6 0 0 ) ,多食蔬菜、豆制品与胃癌的发生呈负相关(OR分别为 0 .5 0 7和 0 .6 99)。结论 饮食因素是海安胃癌发病的主要危险因素。
Objective To explore the risk factors for gastric cancer in Hai'an. Methods One hundred and twenty eight cases with gastric cancer in 1999 and 128 healthy controls were studied by 1:1 matched case control study and logistic regression model. Results Eating fast, salty taste were positive correlation with gastric cancer in hai'an (OR is 1.225,1.600, respectively). More intake of vegetables and bean products could decrease the incidence rates of gastric cancer (OR is 0.507,0.699, respectively). Conclusions Dietary factors are the main risk factors of occurrence of gastric cancer in Hai'an.
