尼美舒利对智齿冠周炎镇痛效果的评价

Clinical study on nimesulid treatment for pericoronitis of wisdom tooth

目的 了解尼美舒利对智齿冠周炎的疗效。方法 随机单盲对照试验 ,试验组 6 0例 ,服用尼美舒利 2 0 0 m g,2 4 h后再服用 2 0 0 m g,对照组 5 9例 ,服用萘普生 5 0 0 mg,2 4 h后再服用5 0 0 m g。结果 尼美舒利治疗智齿冠周炎有效率高于萘普生 ,两药均能改善患者症状和体征。结论 尼美舒利镇痛效果好 。

Objective To evaluate efficacy of Nimesulid(NIM) in the treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth. Methods Single blind, randomized controlled clinical study of NIM was performed. Sixty patients were given intragastrically with NIM 200 mg and then given intragastrically with NIM 200 mg again after 24 hours. Another 59 patients were given intragastrically with Naproxen(NAP) 500 mg and then given intragastrically with NAP 500 mg again after 24 hours. Results Both NIM and NAP could improve the symptom and sign of the pain. Efficacy rate of NIM was obviously superior to NAP in the treatment of pericoromitis of wisdom tooth. Conclusions The effect of NIM is satisfactory to the treatment of pericorornitis of wisdom tooth.
