精神分裂症是一种由多基因、环境因素和心理因素共同作用而导致的严重的、复杂的精神疾病。众多研究结果的不同可能是由于研究方法或诊断标准的不同而导致 ,建立一种科学客观的方法学有利于在不同人群中进行跨地区、跨文化的比较、研究和交流。现在 ,双生子法作为揭示遗传和环境相互作用的一种重要工具已越来越多的应用于精神分裂症研究的各个领域。本文从双生子法的卵性鉴定、同病率与非同病率。

Schizophrenia is a serious and complex mental disorder caused by interaction of multiple genes, environmental and psychological factors. The different results in many studies were possibly produced by different methods or diagnostic criteria. Setting up a scientific and objective methodology is benefit to comparisons, investigations and communications cross different area, culture and population. Nowadays, as an important tool to explore interaction of genetic factor and environment, the twin study has been applied in various domains about schizophrenia study. The article presents a review about twin study progress and study emphasis and direction on schizophrenia from aspects of zygosity identification, concordance, non concordance and pathogenesis involved.
