β-七叶皂甙钠与电针联用对脑梗死患者血清TNF-α含量的影响

The influence of the associative use of β AESCINATE and electric acupuncture to blood serum TNF α content of brain infarct patients

目的探讨β-七叶皂甙钠与电针联用对脑梗死患者的疗效及对细胞因子(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法将40例脑梗死患者随机分为两组,基础组采用基础治疗,联合组在基础治疗的基础上加β-七叶皂甙钠静滴与电针联用,观察其对脑梗死患者神经功能评分及TNF-α含量的影响。结果两组患者治疗前神经功能积分和TNF-α含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但用药7d和14d后,联合组神经功能积分比治疗前均明显升高(P<0.01),而基础组的神经功能积分在用药前后改变不明显(P>0.05);联合组TNF-α含量在用药14d后明显低于基础组(P<0.05),而基础组TNF-α含量用药前后无明显改变(P>0.05)。结论提示β-七叶皂甙钠与电针联用,具有保护血管内皮细胞功能,降低TNF-α水平的作用。

Objective To investigate the influence of the associative use of β AESCINATE and electric acupuncture to the therapy effectiveness and to TNF α content.Methods Divide 40 brain infarct patients into two groups.The basic group used basic therapy while the associative group used the associative use of β AESCINATE and electric acupuncture after using basic therapy.After that,object its influence to nerve function scoring of brain infarct patients and to TNF α content.Result Before the therapy,there was no difference(P >0.05) in nerve function scoring and TNF α content between the two group patients.But 7 days and 14 days after taking the drug,the associative group nerve function scoring distinctly rose(P< 0.01) comparing with that before the therapy while the basic group nerve function scoring didn′t change distinctly(P >0.05). TNF α content of the associative group was distinctly less than that of the basic group 14 days after taking the drug(P< 0.05)while TNF α content of the basic group didn′t change distinctly after taking the drug (P >0.05). Conclusion Promote that the associative use of β AESCINATE and electric acupuncture has the function of protecting blood vessel endotheliocyte and debasing the level of TNF α.
