The Establishment and Evolution of International Standard of the Third Generation Mobile Communication

以移动通信发展进程中 2G所面临的问题为背景 ,介绍了ITU通过的包括我国TD -SCDMA提案在内的第三代移动通信国际标准 ,并在比较 3G主流技术的同时简述了TD -SCDMA的特点 ,提出了我国 2G向 3G演进的方案及其相关思考。

In consideration of the problems of 2G during the development of mobile communication,the international 3G mobile communication standards including China's TD-SCDMA proposal passed by ITU are introduced.The technologies concerning 3G are compared.The features of TD-SCDMA are briefly described. Finally,the scheme for China's 2G evolute to 3G is presented.
