摘要 ADAMs(adisintegrinandmetallopoteinase)是近几年在细胞中发现的一类含有多个功能区的膜蛋白。本文简要介绍了ADAMs的结构和功能 ,为国内进行有关方面的研究提供了初步资料。 ADAMs(a disintegrin and metalloproteinase)are a family of membrane proteins in animal cells,which consist of multi-domains.This paper introduced the structure and function of ADAMs briefly and supplied some data for related researches.
