摘要
为充分发挥我国肉用良种山羊的繁殖潜力 ,对我国培育成的第 1个肉用山羊新品种———南江黄羊首次进行了胚胎移植试验。于 2 0 0 1年 9月 7日~ 18日共产下南江黄羊羔羊 14只。对 7只南江黄羊供体母羊用促卵泡素 (FSH)进行超排处理 ,头均获可用胚胎 8 6 (6 0 / 7)枚。对进口与国产FSH对南江黄羊超数排卵效果的影响进行了比较。结果表明 ,进口FSH比国产头均获可用胚胎数多 3 0枚 ,但可用胚胎率比国产低 13 1%。对孕激素 (栓塞 )法和PG法对母羊同期发情效果的影响进行了比较。结果表明 ,栓塞法和PG法在 2 4~ 4 8h内的同期发情率分别为 84 8% (39/ 4 6 )和80 6 % (2 9/ 36 ) ,差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。
In order to fully bring out the reproductional potentiality of national beef-goat,embryo transfer of Nan jiang Yellow Goat,Which is the first breed of beef-goat in our country,was carride out successfully for the first time and 14 lambs were born on September 7~18,2001 7 female Nanjiang Yellow goats were superovulated by follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and 8.6(60/7) transferable embryos per goat were obtained.In the experiment,the effects of homemade FSH and import FSH were compared and the results indicated that 3.0 more embryos for each donor were obtained by the import FSH than by homemade FSH,but the rate of transferable embryos were 13.1 percent lower than the homemade FSH .In addition,the effects of estrus synchronization by progestins and by prostaglandin (PG) were compared and the rates of synchronization were 84.8%.(39/46) and 80.6%(29/36) individually.
