摘要
稻米品质越来越成为我国稻米市场的决定因素。本文对包括稻米直链淀粉含量、糊化温度、胶稠度、蛋白质含量和氨基酸的遗传,以及对上述品质性状间及其与某些农艺性状间的相关性进行了综述。
This paper presented recent progress on genetic analysis of rice quality, including amylose content,gelatinisation temperature,gel consistency,protein content and amino acid content.The correlation among the above quality trait and other agronomic traits were discussed and breeding prolocols for improving rice quality were suggested.
