中国西部民族地区旅游资源丰富多彩、极具特色,但其落后的经济水平与自身突出的资源优势极不相称。知识经济时代的到来给西部民族地区旅游业提出了新的挑战和机遇。在分析我国西部少数民族地区的旅游资源优势以及知识经济时代旅游价值取向的基础上,挖掘出知识经济时代西部民族地区旅游的需求热点,并提出相应的发展对策措施。
