摘要
伴随全球经济一体化,尤其是中国加入WTO,世界各地的企业正蜂拥进入中国市场。由于各国投资者的民族文化不同,企业在人力资源管理方面与中国员工的民族文化冲突必然存在,由此也影响了企业经营管理的发展,有的甚至“水土不服”,导致合作的失败。拟从有代表性的中(亚洲)、法(欧洲)、美(北美洲)三国民族文化差异性入手,分析员工文化差异对企业人力资源管理的影响,以揭示中法及中美合资企业内部人力资源管理中存在的问题。
With the globalization of the world e conomy,especially,especially aft er China has entered WTO,the enterprises all over the world are sw arming into the China market.As the c ultural background of the investors is various,the culture shock and confl iction in the human resources management is inevitable,this also affects the further development of the business management of the enterprises.Furthermore,the Climate Sickness can even cause the failure of the cooperaiton.This paper begins wiht the analysis of the cultural differences of China/A sia,France /Europe and America /North Am erica respectively,and investigates the effect of the emlpoyeescultu ral background differences on the human resources management in these enterprises;so as to uncover the problems occurred in the human resources management in the Sino-France and Sino-A merica joint-venture enterprises.
