探讨了人性以及人性与人力资源管理的关系及其相关管理理论等问题,提出了能本管理是现代人力资源管理的最高境界。
The paper discusses the problems on human nature and the relation between human nature and human resource management.Besides,the p roblems on related management theory are discussed as well.The paper put s foruard that the management about ab ility is the best choice as far as modern human nature resource management .
