管理创新与逆向思维

Adverse Thought And Management Innovation

逆向思维是一种反习惯、反传统、反常规的创造性思维方式。作为一种思维创新,它触发了管理创新,在管理领域具有广泛的应用。国内学者对创造性思维研究较多,而对逆向思维方面研究较少。本文尝试性地对逆向思维及其表现形式、逆向思维与管理创新的关系和逆向思维在管理中的应用作了一点研究。

Adverse thought is a mode of creative thought,it is opposite to a traditio nal,a convetional or a usual thought.As a creative thought,it has been widely used in the management f ield such as in MRP and JIT.Considered from the theory of self-o rganization system,adverse though t is a breakthrough to the system e-quioibrium,thereby,leads to the ex change of material,energy and information between the system and the ex-ternal world,transforms the system from a state of equilibrium to a higher equilibrium.In realitu,this is th e innovation process of management.On the other hand,adverse thought giv es impetus to management innovation,because it is a kind of revolution to t he mode of thought and brings forth in novation of thinking.It is innovation of thinking that sparks management i nnovation.
