环保型机械酶法化学制浆新工艺研究

摘要 机械酶法化学制浆工艺是一种比传统化学制浆工艺更有效的环保型制浆工艺过程,它包括机械处理、酶处理和化学(烧碱法)蒸煮三个阶段,采用该工艺制浆可以有效地改善酶处理效率、增加木素脱除程度、降低蒸煮化学药品的消耗,同时还可以提高纸浆的白度和撕裂强度,但纸浆的抗张强度、耐破度和耐折度却稍有降低。 The mechanical-enzymatic-chemical pulping process is a more efficient and environment friendly pulping process as compared to conventional chemical pulping process.The process including three subprocesses,e.g.the mechanical treatment stage,the enzymatic treatment stage,and the chemical(soda)cooking stage.With the process,the degree of delignification is increased,the chemicals charge pollution in pulp industry.
