摘要
综合运用露天采矿学、土地复垦知识及数学规划优化方法 ,着重研究了露天煤矿表土层剥离与土地复垦一体化作业方法及相关参数 ,并针对露天煤矿一般都有多个采掘点和多个卸载点的特点 ,采用线性规划对表土资源的流量和流向进行优化控制 .以霍林河南露天矿为实例 ,在表土剥离与土地复垦工艺间的合理配合及其参数设计。
Comprehensive knowledge of surface mining,land reclamation and mathematical programming have been adopted to focus on optimal study of integrating operation of surface mining and land reclamation in the paper. According to the feature of scattered minning spots and waste dumps, linear programming has been employed to optimize the top soil allocation and minimize the general reclamation cost.Taking Huolinhe Surface Coal Mine as a case study,and the satisfied results have been obtained.
