New technology of fast steelification in electric arc oven

在废钢含S≤ 0 0 83% ,P≤ 0 190 %的条件下试验 ,采用单渣法炼钢新工艺 ,取消了传统双渣法中氧化期和还原期的操作 ,达到了快速炼钢目的。

Testing in the condition of steel scrap contains below 0.083% sulphur and below 0.193% phosphorus,using steelification new technology with single-slag method,this paper removes operation in period of oxide and restore to traditional double-slag method.
