快速凝固Al-2.5Ti-2.5Fe合金显微组织及热稳定性的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用单辊旋铸技术制备 Al- 2 .5 Ti- 2 .5 Fe合金薄带 ,利用 DSC分析、X射线衍射和透射电镜来分析该合金的急冷态和退火态组织 ,测定了合金在不同温度下退火 10 h后的显微硬度。结果表明 ,快速凝固 Al- 2 .5 Ti- 2 .5 Fe合金急冷态组织中存在两种初生相 :Al3Ti相和 Al5Ti2 相 ;而经 30 0℃退火 10 h后 ,将发生亚稳相 Al5Ti2 向稳定相 Al3Ti的转变 ;经 4 0 0℃退火 10 h后 ,组织中出现了平衡稳定相 Al1 3Fe4 ,且在热处理过程中弥散析出 Rapidly solidified Al 2.5Ti 2.5Fe alloy was prepared by melt spinning.As quenched and as annealed microstructures were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X ray diffractometry (XRD).The microhardness of the alloy at different annealing temperature for 10 hours was measured.The results showed that the structure of the as quenched Al 2.5Ti 2.5Fe alloy consists of primary phases Al 3Ti and Al 5Ti 2.The phase Al 5Ti 2 is metastable phase and will convert to the stable phase Al 3Ti after annealing at 300℃ for 10 hours.The stable phase Al 13 Fe 4 is precipitating in the structure after annealing at 400℃ for 10 hours and during the period of heat treatment.
