The Research of Mould Lubrication for Warm-Plastic Forming

摘要 温塑性成形模具的润滑对于延长模具寿命、降低成形力和提高工件的表面质量具有十分重要的意义。文章对多种润滑剂进行了比较和选用 ,介绍了一种润滑效果好。 The lubrication of mould is exceedingly significant to warm plastic forming.It can prolong life of mould,reduce power for forming and advance surface quality of product.Many sorts of lubrication were compared and seleced.Simultaneously,a new lubricator,which took many of fine characters such as good lubrication effect,easy useness and no pollution for warm plastic forming, was introduced.
