摘要 分析了炼镁还原罐的工况条件和失效形式 ,合理设计了它的材料成分 ,并检测了该材料的力学性能、高温抗氧化性能和成形工艺性能 ,确定了炼镁还原罐的主要成形工艺参数。所研制的炼镁还原罐经炼镁厂应用表明 :它具有优良的高温抗氧化性能和高温强度 ,使用寿命达 10 0天以上 ,比 ZGCr2 4 Ni7Si N还原罐寿命提高 2 0 %~ 30 %。 The running conditions and the failure form of the magnesium smelting reduction pot were analysed and the composition of it's material was designed.The mechanical properties and the oxidation resistant property at high temperature and the forming process properties of the material were measured.And then the main forming process parameters of the magnesium smelting reduction pot were determined.The application of the magnesium smelting reduction pot in magnesium smelting plant expressed that it possessed the excellent oxidation resistant property and tensile strength at high temperature and it's service life can reach over 100 days and would raise 20%~30% than the service life of the ZG30Cr24Ni7SiN magnesium smelting reduction pot.
