摘要
采用化学成分分析、金相分析、断口扫描电镜及电子探针分析等手段 ,对 4 5钢棒材冷拔断裂的原因进行了分析研究。结果表明 :钢中 Cu元素含量偏高 ;轧钢加热期间钢坯表面氧化严重造成钢材表面附近区域 Cu元素富集 ,冷拔过程中钢材表面附近的 Cu富集区域首先开裂 。
The fracture reason of 45 steel bar during cold drawing was analyzed by chemical inspection,metallographic examination,scanning electron fractograph and electron probe analysis.The results indicate that over oxidizing of steel during hot rolling causes local concentration of copper near the surface of steel bar and the cracks initiate in the region of local concentration of copper during cold drawing,which causes steel bars fracture.
