微合金化高锰钢衬板断裂分析

Analysis on Fracture of Lining Plate of Microalloying High Mn Steel

对微合金化高锰钢衬板断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,其断裂的主要原因是铸造操作及热处理工艺执行不当。只要材料成型及控制工艺得当 ,用该成分的高锰钢生产衬板是可行的。

The fracture reasons of lining plate of microalloying high Mn steel have been analyzed.The main reasons of fracture were unreasonable technologycal operation of casting and heat treatment.It is feasible that use this high Mn steel to produce lining plate so long as the forming and controling processes of materials are suitable.
