摘要
介绍了一种新型的型砂水分测控系统。它以单片机为主控机 ,采用自行研制的电容式集成水分传感器对型砂水分进行测控。该系统应用先进的数据采集和自动控制技术 ,具有控制精度高、运行可靠、安装操作方便等特点 。
A new measure & contml system for moisture content in molding sand was introduced. We has developed a capacitant integral moisture sensor to conduct the measurement and contml for moisture in molding sand in the system that based on Micro-computer used as the main controller. The system with advanced data collection and automatic contml technique has the advantages of high control accuracy, reliable ran and convenient assembly & operation. The system could meet the requirement inpractical application.
