摘要
以“波音”飞机天线罩薄壁铝合金铸件为对象 ,总结了实用有效的经验。例如 ,采用蛇形三弯曲式直浇道 ,有利于减少氧化、吸气、卷渣 ;采用逐层充填方式 ,可形成良好的凝固温度梯度 ;在合箱前对型芯进行 (15 0± 10 )℃ ,1~ 2h的补烘 。
Some feasible methods were summarized for aluminum alloy thin-walled casting blister for Boeing aircraft. The use of zigzag sprue with three curved paths ingate is beneficial to reducing oxidation, gas pick up and entrapped slag, and the use of step-to-step filling is helpful to form good solidified temperature gradient, and the use of 1 -2 h additional core baking at 150±10℃ before mold assembly is favorable to eliminating gas hole.
