摘要
利用复合电镀的方法在 45钢表面镀覆纳米金刚石复合镀铬层。利用扫描电镜和X射线衍射仪分析了镀层的形貌和组织结构 ;利用MHK 5 0 0型油润滑摩擦磨损试验机测定了镀层的摩擦学性能。结果表明 ,镀层主要由α Cr组成 ;纳米金刚石粉的加入提高了镀层的硬度和耐磨性 ,镀层厚度为 2
The chromium based nano-diamond composite coating was prepared on the surface of plain carbon steel by composite plating process.The appearance,hardness and structure were analyzed and wear tests on a ring-on-block wear testing machine under lubrication were carried out.The addition of nano-diamond improved the hardness and wear resistance of composite coatings.The maximum hardness and wear resistance could be obtained when the thickness of composite coating reached 27μm.
