摘要
对变速箱零件毛坯进行了等温正火试验。结果表明 ,零件毛坯等温正火可以获得比普通正火更细的晶粒、更均匀的金相组织、更小的硬度散差。生产应用还表明 ,零件毛坯采用等温正火方法 ,有利于改善或消除锻坯中的带状组织。
Test of isothermal normalization and its application in the part blanks of gear box were investigated in this paper The results show that the part blanks treated by isothermal normalization have a finer grain size,more homogeneous microstructure than these treated by conventional normalization.Isothermal normalization can improve or eliminate the banded structure and duplex grain structure in forging blanks.
