轧辊双频感应淬火有限元模拟与工艺优化 被引量:5

摘要 应用有限元方法 ,在ANSYS软件上对冷轧工作辊双频感应淬火进行了模拟。通过改变轧辊预热温度、移动速度和输入功率密度等 ,选取 3组不同的参数组合 ,分析各参数对轧辊加热及淬火的影响 。 In this paper,the process of roller dual-frequency induction hardening was simulated by using ANSYS software with three groups of process parameters. The influence of the preheating temperature,the roller moving velocity and the energy input density on the temperature field,the cooling velocity and the distributions of hardness and residual stress was discussed.The calculation results have been validated by comparison with the practical results.The results show that the computer simulation by finite element method could be used in the optimal design of process parameters of roller dual-frequency induction hardening for roller.
