本文描述了一些压电晶体的现状。详细论述了诸如石英、LiNbO_3、LiTaO_3、Bi_(12)GeO_(20)、Bi_4Ge_30_(12)和Li_2B_4O_7等压电晶体的一般性质、生长条件、晶体的性能及其应用领域,特别强调其在光学、声学、表面波领域的应用。
This paper describes the state of piezoelectric crystals at present. The general properties,growth conditions,crystal performances and their application fields are discussed in detail for some piezoelectric crystals, such as Quartz, LiNbO3), LiTaO3, Bi12GeO20, Bi4Ge2O12 and Li2B4O7. It gives emphasis to their applications in optics, acoustics and surface wave.
