旋转连铸坯切分热模拟实验研究

摘要 采用3 0 0mm轧机 ,研究厚度为 90mm坯料的切分道次及切入量 ,验证切分方案及切分楔形式的正确性 ,测定力能参数 .结果表明 :采用纯张力切分方案及选用的流线型切分楔是正确的 ,在该轧机上坯料的切分宜用四道次 . The roll splitting pass and the amount of roll splitting of the billet with a thickness of 90mm were investigated using 300 ㎜ rolling mill. The splitting schedule and the form of splitting blade were tested and varified and the mechanical parameters were measured. The results show that using pure ension roll splitting schedule and the streamline splitting blade are correct and four pass splitting schedule is suitable for the used rolling mill.
