摘要
分析了企业与员工的相互关系,论述了企业的发展基于以人为本的人才理念,以及如何将这一理念贯彻企业经营发展战略的始终。
In this article the mutual relationships of enterprise and talant was analysised,the human resource theory was the development foundation of enterprises which must be used in building the development strategy and plans of enterprise.
