摘要
在矿山开采过程中,会产生大量的尾砂.将尾砂胶结后用于充填采空区,可以减少环境污染和地表破坏.为了保证地下采矿的安全,尾砂须先固化后充填.针对尾砂的胶结和脱水的技术难题,以工业烟气脱硫石膏作为胶结剂,进行了全尾砂充填的试验研究.分析表明,全尾砂充填可以降低充填成本.
While the mine operates,it would produce a lot of tailings.Cementing tailings to fill gob area can both reduce environmental pollution and ground destruction.For the safety of mining underground,the tailings must be solidified before backfilling.An expenimental study on desulfurization gypsum cementing full tailings has been conducted to solve the technical problems of cementing and dewatering tailings,and the filling cost would have been lowered,too.
