摘要
传统产业如煤炭、纺织、冶炼等行业的困境应从产业生命周期方面进行认识。文章首先就如何判定衰退产业作出了规范。然后对我国36个工业产业部门的衰退性进行实证分析 ,得出了煤炭、纺织等产业已属衰退产业的结论。最后就我国产业衰退的原因进行了探讨。
The predicament of the traditional industries, e.g.coal, textile, metal smelting,etc,should be recognized from the respect of industry's life cycle. This paper, first of all, demonstrates how to judge the declining industry, then makes a positive analysis on the 36 industrial sections in our country, and concludes that the coal, textile and metal smelting etc. are but declinging industries. At the end of the paper, the author probes into the cauese of the decline of industries in our country.
