摘要
本文介绍了氧化锌压敏电阻器电性能的导电机理:雪崩击穿、空间电荷限制电流、肖特基发射、隧道效应、双耗尽层和两步传输。简要概述了这些理论的成就和所遇到的困难。指出双耗尽层是一个较好的理论模型。最后预示了这个问题的发展前景。
Several conduction mechanisms are presented to explain electrical behavior of ZnO varistors. Among these are avalanche breakdown, space-charge-limited current, Schottky emission, tunelling, double-depletion-layer and two-step transport. Their achievements and difficulties have been reviewed. It is shown that double-depletion-layer model is a better one, At last, the investigation orientation and tendency with this problem is predicted.
