摘要
本文针对我国中小矿山企业“三多”的企业群体特点 ,分析了其融资难的深层次原因 ,并通过与国外一些政府对中小企业的政策措施对比 ,提出了调整优化结构、依靠市场机制、完善信用等级、建立金融服务体系及政府扶持等 5条对策与措施。
Focusing on the characteristics of China's small-middle mines, the paper analyses the reason why it is difficult in financing. By comparing foreign policies on small-middle mines. The paper points out the countermeasures, such as adjustment and optimizing of structure, relying on market mechanism, perfection of credit degree, establishing financing service system and government support.
