摘要
本文利用掺镁LiNbO_3晶体研制了一种新型的压电诱导PESO驻波型声光调制器。在80mW的射频驱动功率下即可对He-Ne632.8nm谱线实现100%光强调制,当驱动功率约1W时,可以观测到±11级衍射光斑。我们从能量的观点对其进行了理论分析,得出的结论与实验结果相符合。
In this paper, a novel piezoelectrically induced strain optic (PESO) standing wave acoustooptic modulator made of Mg-doped LiNbO3 crystal has been developed. 100% light modulation can be easily achieved with driving power of 80 mW for the He-Ne laser (632.8nm) ,and +11 diffraction orders are observed with driving power of 1W. From the point of view of energy,we gave a theoretical analysis and the conclusions are completely consistent with the experimental results.
