文章介绍了北京地质工程勘查院立足市场加强财务管理的一些行之有效的作法。指出财务管理的核心是管好资金 ,加强企业的资金。
This paper introduces the effective financial management practices of the Beijing Geological Engineering & Prospecting Institute, which they developed based on market criteria. Then the paper points out that the key for financial management is to make fund management effective, so as to strengthen enterprise funds. Consequently, it is argued that management is the key for improving economic benefits.
