人类科学文化得以延续和发展,依赖的是信息传播和文化积累.作为信息传播和文化积累的工作者-编辑应具有参与意识、超前意识、人才意识和严谨的科学态度等文化积累意识.
The evolution and development of science and culture are based on information communication and cultural accumulation, which are the missions of editors. Therefore, editors should have a clear awareness of cultural accumulation consisting in the awareness of participation, vision and talents as well as scientific attitudes.
