摘要
本文测量了LiClO_4·3H_2O晶体的压电系数,结果为:d_(33)=5.2,d_(31)=-1.0,d_(15)=0.8×10^(-12)C/N。
In this paper, the piezoelectric constants of LiClO4 3H2O crystal have been measured. The results obtained are d33=5.2, d31=-1.0, d15=0.8X10-12C/N.
