Current Situation and Development of Functional Ceramic Materials

本文对功能性陶瓷的近况与发展作了简要的介绍,并按功能性分类对六种材料的特点作了说明,对铁电压电薄膜、复合功能材料、倾斜功能材料(Functionally Gradient Materials)等的特点和应用前景进行了分析,并对陶瓷材料与器件的工艺技术发展要求作了综合介绍。

This paper briefly presented current situation and development of functional ceramics fiest. Then,according to their functions,the characteristics of six types of materials were described, and the application prospects of some functional materials, such as ferroelectric films, functionally gradient materials and composite materials, were analyzed. The technological developing requirements of ceramic devices and materials were also introduced synthetically.
