职业教育的发展空间分析——兼论职业教育功能的转变与适应

An Analysis of developing Space of Vocational Education

职业教育的改革与发展，与我国经济体制改革、产业结构调整、就业方式转变密切相关。目前，中等职业教育发展处于功能的转变与适应阶段，应进一步发挥其社会福利与社会整合功能。本文从整合职教资源、发展农村职教、西部大开发、拓展社会培训、民办职业教育、国际劳务输出培训等方面分析了中等职业教育新的生存发展空间，同时提出拓展中等职业教育发展所应遵循的若干原则。
