An Analysis of Personnel-demanding and an Exploration into Developing Str ategy of Vocational Education

改革开放以来，我国职业教育事业有了长足发展。近年来，随着产业结构调整及国际经济形势变化，我国特别是发达地区职业教育的发展面临着新的战略选择。本文从北京地区近年人才需求调查统计情况入手，分析经济、社会发展对人才结构、人才素质的新的要求，以及职业教育在发达地区经济社会发展中的重要战略意义，并提出新形势下发达地区职业教育发展的战略思路、目标和主要措施。

With the adjustment of industrial structure and the chan ge of international economic situ ation in recent years,the development of vo ca tional education faces with new strategy choice in our country,es-pecially in developed regions.The article begins with an analysis of personnel-demandi ng in Beijing area,analyzes the new demand of development of society and econo my for the personnels' structure and quality and the im portant strategy signi ficance of vocational education in the development of economy and socity of de veloped area,and puts forward the line of thinking,aim and measures of develop ing voca-tion al education of developed area.
