摘要
在成人教育需求、成人教育资源配置方式、成人教育投资等教育经济学视角中，成人教育管理理念变革要遵循集权与分权、干预与调控有机结合的原则；成人教育管理体制变革要赋予成人教育办学主体自主权，发挥市场配置成人教育资源的作用，贯彻“谁投资谁受益”原则，建立宏观管理机构与调控体系。
From visual angle of education eco nomics,the transformati on of idea of adult edu cation man-agement should keep to the principle of org anic combination of centralization and decentralization,inter-ference and cont rol.The transforma tion of adult education management system should confer dec ision-mak ing power of running school insititue,play a role of educational res ources,carry out the principle that the ones who make an investment in adult education will benefit from it,establish macro-control insitute and controling system.
