瓦氏黄颡鱼消化系统组织学的初步研究

Studies on Histology of Digestive Systemof Pelteobagrus Vachelli

采用光镜技术对瓦氏黄颡鱼的消化道和消化腺进行了初步研究。结果表明 :消化道分化为明显的食道、胃和肠。食道黏膜为复层上皮 ,其中含有杯状细胞和味蕾 ;胃 U形 ,粘膜表层为单层柱状上皮 ,贲门部和盲囊部上皮下有一厚层胃腺组织 ,肠粘膜也为单层柱状上皮 ,其中散布较多的杯状细胞。消化腺包括肝脏和胰腺 ,肝小叶分界不明显 ,肝细胞索明显 ,胰腺外分泌部由许多腺泡组成 。

The histology of the disgestive tract and the disgestive gland of Pelteobagrus vachelli is described from studies using light microscope. The results is as follows: the disgestive tract consists of clearly distinguishable oesophagus,stomach and intestine.The mucosa of oesophagus is multi-layered,formed by squamous ,goblet and epithelial cells, and taste buds are present in the mucosa.The U shaped stomach has a single layered colμmnar epitheliμm, under which, in the the mucosa of cardiac and fundic portion well developed gastric gland are present.The instestine epitheliμm consists of single layered colμmnar cells with mucus secreting cells, too.The disgestive glands are composed of liver and pancreas. The liver lobule is not clear but its hepatic cell cords is obvious. The exocrine section of pancreas consists of many alveli and the endcrine section locates in the exocrine section.
